A comprehensive critical analysis conducted about Frontstage's business processes, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) within the company's operations. By integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Management Systems alongside a dynamic web portal, the project aims to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Utilizing web analytics and data mining techniques, actionable insights are extracted to drive informed decision-making. Working closely with Karl Foster, Director of Frontstage Interiors, provided essential understanding into the company's complexities, which influenced strategic recommendations for long-term progress. As a part of Frontstage Interiors' Marketing team, I was able to effectively conclude this project, which exhibits a proactive approach to optimising company procedures and promoting organisational growth.
